FBI forensic expert testified that the tape has not been altered, and the people involved are “real people in a real environment” and it has not been computer generated either, something which according to him is very costly and could take years.
The defense still clams that the man on the tape is not R. Kelly, and even the alleged victim (now 23) denies that it is her appearing on the tape. The 41 year old rapper is on trial for child pornography for allegedly filming himself having sex with a girl which was as young as 13 at the time.
