The plot thickens - a few days a go a witness testified that she recognizes the girl on the tape, that she introduced the girl to R. Kelly, and that the girl in fact was heavily under aged at the time.
Well, now the defense strikes back, they claim that if the witnesses at the trial had the tape and did not alert the police, and that an underage girl is actually involved, then they are guilty of possessing child pornography materials.
